Worst app I've ever used. Can't track your order after you place it. If the order screen freezes or doesn't change, say, 20 minutes after you place the order, so you exit the app to go back in to see if the restaurant has even received your order... no way to find that order, let alone track its progress. Currently 40 minutes since placing our order... fingers crossed we get dinner at some stage

Deals like $15 Tuesday's aren't available in the app. It showed some deals for my local store, but website was cheaper & easier for the same store. (The app charged full price, plus fees, for the same order.) When you open the app, you can't browse deals or menu without first selecting; order type/ address / delivery time etc. You can't check out prices & deals first... I would have put this thru the app, but it has no customer support / contact / or feedback options. Just use website.

Android The new layout is extremely confusing and so many extra add in costs. It's not easy to find straight up what's included in a deal, which items without them being extra cost items. For instance you choose a pizza in your deal and it's instant add on cost. You are not taken straight to what ones are included in the cost. You have to search for which fall within the deal.
